- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Architecture Guiding Principles.
- Lead the development and documentation of architectural patterns and solution designs for use in solutions.
- Lead solution design reviews and technical design reviews.
- Lead a team of architects to deliver architecture for the assigned area.
- Lead a strategic incubator approach that will take a strategically significant new or innovative technology or architectural approach.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects.
Critical Competencies/Qualifications required -- Have good problem solving and decision making skills
- Must have good interpersonal ability.
- Should be able to influence and negotiate.
- Have good business awareness
- MUST be either Six Sigma Certified or Green Belt Certified.
