Our client is a London Agency and have recently set up a Dubai branch. The ideal candidate will have a successful proven track record in the region of managing existing/new client relationships, experience winning new business would be an added advantage.
Description:
• To report into the new MD in Dubai
• To be a key member of a small start-up two-person team
• To attend client meetings with and without the MD
• To work closely with the London office AD and creative teams
• To manage any third-party suppliers in the UAE working for our client
• To run and manage projects on a day to day basis – including the initial estimation, regular billing and reports to London FD
• Managing the targeted projects of each job and each job section
• Produce Contact Reports after every client meeting
• Produce production reports every two weeks
• Manage creative resources on each project
• Be prepared to travel to UAE destinations
• Be prepared to visit the London office twice annually
