Create Lead Opportunity on CRM with customer platforming…
AM to take the lead for Project Meeting with concerned Team: AM, Technical, Estimator, Operation, Production (if required at 1st phase). Discuss SOW, modifications/suggestions to client before generating quotation to be sent to client.
Organize site visit where necessary with project handler
Follow up with client on the quotation for feedback, discount, modifications….
Any revised price to be authorized by CEO
Any revised technical requests to be treated with concerned Team, technical, operation…
Any modifications to be revised and sent to client for final approval/confirmation.
Identify reason of project loss if it is the case and note the reason on Odoo for future improvement / opportunities
AM to monitor the Project Plan of Activities (PPA)
AM to Follow up meeting with Operations/Production on status of deliverables and installation
AM to follow up with Project Installation Team on progress of installation on site.
Update client on installation progress
Manage a portfolio of accounts to increase the business and achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact for each project milestone and handle customers’ individual needs/requirements
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner while referring to Operation/Production for advise before communication to Client
Any new request arising during Project should be referred to Technical/production/Operation for advise cost, material, timing… and get back to client with additional price/quote and delivery timeframe
Be the Key Negociator with Client on the Delivery of a Project, not to overlap with our Pipe Line Schedule / Backlog.
Report to client on project and deliverables, get milestones approval from client for project progress and completion.
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Follow up on Invoicing/Receivables
Project Management of Account with close progress monitoring with technical design, production, operation, delivery, installation.
