· Assist the management in preparing the yearly sales budget by store.
· Manage adequate stock levels in store all times.
· Pricing of merchandise based on the guidelines given by Management.
· Prepare seasonal allocation and pricing for the brands and coordinate with IT for system update.
· Provide to Brand Owners feedback on sales, stock, etc. as required by them or instructed by Management.
identifying top and worst sellers and take appropriate actions, by working in collaboration with the brand and store team to maximize sales
Assist in preparing monthly promotion list to drive top line sales.
Co ordinate with the external printer and the get POS material ready as per brand guidance for the new season launch and in store promotion
Prepare Sales list and coordinate with PR department to get sales approvals timely.
Work with nominated freight forwarders/ to ensure speedy handover of the new stock shipment in store.
Maintain adequate amount of non stock items such as hanger, shopping bags, pricing rolls etc. .
Assist in the preparation & update weekly summary list of issues, such as delays, quality issues, and report to senior management.
· Analyze sales and stock data while reacting to issues and re forecasting budgets throughout the season.
· Visit stores and liaise with Store Management on pricing, etc.
· Assist Store management and Finance team with yearly stock take.
· Communicate with Brand Principles on requirement of marketing and promotions.
· Liaise with IT department on pricing of merchandise, stock and others.
