Responsible for dispatching the proper loading / offloading of trucks to different locations and sites and
Keep a close follow up on trailers locations, loading/ offloading status on timely and effective manner as well as report on the working condition of company vehicles and equipment
Filling reports for any delay, incident or accident
Keep communication open with drivers, day program staff, staff members etc
Coordinates the maintenance and repair of vehicles with the workshop and convey accurate messages to the concerned staff
Oversee and schedule the day to day activities of fleet and adhere to security and operational procedures
