- Follow up all quotations given to customers
- Attend walk-in customers and service the telephonic inquiries.
- Assist colleagues in identifying parts in case of ambiguity.
- Provide feedback to the management on activities of competition and activities customers
- Customer Satisfactory Feed Back Requesting / Receiving
- Provide feedback for parts ordering to stores
- Co-ordinate with neighboring dealers in case of non availability of parts.
