UAE / GCC / Subcontinent experience – atleast 2 year in UAE
Escalated complaints reports, maintain complaint resolution with TATs
Monitor CX KPIs, reports, transaction analysis
MI, PPts, products & impact on customers
Other reports analysis e.g., VOC
Experience in Customer experience Management.
Excellent communication skills across all levels and high level of empathy
Strong experience in client-driven, high-value marketing
Advanced knowledge about banking products and processes
Ability to handle large quantity of data using MS excel & analytical tools. Well verse with MS office skills.
Customer service oriented
Goal-orientated and self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure and in critical situations
Must be innovative
Good team player
