The Senior Associate - Corporate Tax will play a pivotal role in effectively implementing corporate tax strategies, projects and ensuring the seamless tax compliance of the entity.

Description
Develop and execute corporate tax strategies aligned with group objectives and regulations, collaborating with the tax team.Review monthly tax provision calculations, reconcile to ledger, and oversee annual tax compliance process for accurate and timely filings.Ensure adherence to accounting standards by performing detailed reviews of deferred tax calculations.Lead transfer pricing initiatives to optimise global tax position, complying with international guidelines.Provide tax expertise for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions, including due diligence and post-transaction integration.

Profile
UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)Bachelor's degree in Tax or Accounting, in addition to either CTA, ADIT, or ATT qualification.5+ years of experience in corporate tax compliance, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border tax advisory.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
