Managing Director position within a steel fabrication business responsible for performance of whole business, to be based from Dubai

Description
Responsible for the running of the whole business, you will report to the Group CEO and be in fully responsible for all projects, operations, P&L and performance of the company.
By winning, developing and managing clients and customers through to ensuring all projects and work is carried out safely, accurately and on time is part of being the driving force behind growing the business and maintaining the reputation for quality, delivery and delivering continued success.
You will manage P&L, budgets and set all targets for your department managers. Driving performance and excellence throughout the business and implement new processes and ways to improve efficiency as well as looking at news ways to grow the business.
Profile
The successful candidate must be of MD or GM level with experience of managing full company responsibility and all departments (finance, sales, operations, HR, HSE etc) with minimum of 15 years experience
Must have experience of heavy steel fabrication and structure industry, minimum 10 years
Should be fully knowledgeable of the fabrication, construction or steel industry and market conditions globally.
Competent in sales, production and project management with track record of growing companies and developing success
Able to live in UAE and travel when and where necessary as part of the role.
