We are currently recruiting a Finance Manager for our client, a well-established Abu Dhabi-based company that specializes in the design and manufacturing of high quality oil-immersed & dry-type distribution transformers and package substations. It is also into installations testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance. The company has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.
Candidates MUST have experience in a similar role working for a manufacturing company (preferably transformer manufacturer) . He must have experience in heading a Finance Department and working closely with the management of various analysis and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Timely preparation of Financial Statements and any other reports required by the management
- Accurate preparation of budget and forecast in support for management decision making
- Ensure accuracy of accounting record and financial informationManage and establish relationship with bank related to company bank facilities
- Develop, review and implementation of Internal Controls
- Coordinating Internal and Statutory audits
- Managing and overseeing Finance department with close interaction with cross functional teams
- Ensure compliance with local/international standards and financial regulations
