Job purpose
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing Transmed's Food Service business in Abu Dhabi. He or she will also be responsible for coaching and training junior colleagues to make sure overall sales targets are being achieved.
 
Key accountabilities
 Consistently seek new customers within the assigned area to build customer base and increase sales results
 Build and maintain a strong relationship and partnership with customers especially with decision makers to facilitate collaboration and the achievement of sales target.
 Identify and report key competitive activities and price changes to develop necessary business plans.
 Develop and conduct ideas, plans and activities that will help grow the business with existing (and new) customers
 Use the company’s products to offer customers solutions to their culinary needs in order to further build the business
 Oversee the forecasting process of each assigned customer to ensure optimum stock level
 Oversee the process of collection of trade receivables to achieve targeted credit terms
 Provide the team with adequate training, coaching, and mentoring to develop their skills and ensure continuity and career path.
