Working within the CPF in Dubai the Quality Control Manager defines and implements quality standards to ensure all business needs are met.
We are looking for candidates with high standards of excellence who look to improve and innovate within their areas of responsibility at all times. Your knowledge of quality control systems and background in food manufacturing, combined with excellent team development capabilities, will ensure that you are equipped to drive quality management within our diverse and fast-paced food production environment.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of products from specification, raw material delivery, recipe control and final output. You will also ensure that your team is able to grow and develop to meet future business demands as we grown year on year. About the Division...
With more than 750 cafés, stores and restaurants the Alshaya Food division offers a range of roles for different hospitality backgrounds. Brands such as The Cheesecake Factory, Starbucks, P.F. Chang's, Pizza Express and Shake Shack provide everything from quick service and casual up to fine dining. We launched many new brands in recent years and have exciting plans for 2015.
