A group firm is looking for Salex Executive
Job Description as follows:
- Develop strategies to sell memebership cards
- Manage customer complaints system
- Drive Sales for membership cards
- Managing New Memership Enrollement
- Work with customer calls and over the counter
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Call Center Staff, PRO and Recovery Drivers where needed to resolve customers issues.
- Coordinate with the Call Center supervisor to gain links for members and create new members
- Handle and attend to all Al Fazaa membership queries, for both individual and contract customers
- - Sale Al Fazaa membership in-house and not required to go for outdoor sales.
- - Assist marketing with events and exhibitions.
