The role reports into Senior Manager - Product Development.
- Prepares the training strategy/schedule to improve the soft sale skills of the customer facing staff with hands on experience of Sales.- Ensure conduct of Product training and new induction product training on timely basis ensuring the Sales are achieved as per the revenue targets of the Department;- Developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive along with TM's.- Determines training needs for sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure
