We are looking for an online sales executive with experience in social media for our Online Jewelry store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will enhance and grow the brand connection experience for customers, through showcasing the various jewelry items that we have in stock through social media channels and generate sales as a result.
She will do this through being professional, accessible, enthusiastic, and interested in a career that creates a“Jeweler for Life” relationship with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional Customer Service and continually develop your product knowledge to educate customers
- Help create and maintain a brand culture focused on the customer, enhance the buying experience and build relationships that lead to long term business growth
- Communicate by instilling trust and confidence in our brand
- Proactively follow up on all work requests within our company’s service level standards
- Effectively resolve complex customer service challenges, finding solutions which exceed customer expectations
- Communicate accurate information and set clear expectations for customers, ensuring an on-brand experience
- Proven aptitude to effectively and efficiently navigate through all computer systems and social media channels
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity
- Continuously maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Generate leads from online sources and social media(Facebook, Instagram) to maximize sales for the company and achieve sales targets.
