- Coordination with Client, Consultant, Project Management team and other department.
- Monitor and control of all Project costs.
- Manage the general contractors and subcontractors with knowledge of construction trades.
- Identify potential problems, took corrective action, and notified the proper level of authority.
- Prepare documentation including all contract related correspondence
- Evaluate the payment request, all change order
- Finalize and negotiation with subcontractor.
- Review and issuance of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports.
- Review project Quality plan, Health and Safety plan and related risk assessments, Ensure project
quality objectives are attained and that activities are under in a safer manner in accordance with local Authorities regulation, project requirements and company HSE Policy
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to the site team, ensure side feedback and regular update of the project program
- Follow-up on the submittals of drawing, and approval (Planed Vs Actual)
- Ensure that all works executed as per conformance with approved QAQC guidelines to achieve highest quality and excellence standard in the delivery of project.
- feedback to PMO from present and past history record/data
- Down load revised drawing permits and other all related documents from DM portal -Trained
Engineer by DM BCS (Building Control System).
- Liaise and coordinate with DM structural Engineers & inspectors to secure structural approval and to secure avoiding and minimize violations and fines.
- Monitor Quality control, ensure on going site construction activities with the approved PQP and
IMS procedure
- Daily site walk awareness of understanding as a lesson learn for good and bad practice work to avoid defects, repair and rework and rework
- Liaise and coordinate with client, consultant & subcontractor supplier submittals with all discipline
- Tool box training to worker and site execution team, supplier and subcontractor’s awareness and
understanding that the local authorities DM, DCLetc. Rule and regulation, professional practice and procedure to avoid any violations and fines, which is outside the budget.
