Field Luxury Retail Sales Trainer
Dubai
An international luxury brand have an exciting opportunity to be based in the city of Dubai with an opportunity for regional travel. They are looking for a young and dynamic personality for a Retail Sales Trainer position where you will be responsible for to support and develop the retail teams in delivering the client experience to the benefit of store business.
If you have more than 5 years' experience as a Regional trainer/Training Manager for the Top-End Luxury Brands, we will be interested to speak to you!
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Deliver training and coaching in line with the strategy to upskill employees on sales and product knowledge, ensuring your efforts contribute towards business growth and store requirements.- Build individual coaching plans in conjunction with the store manager and provide on-going feedback to Store Managers and HR on the performance/progress of individual team members- Drive key training initiatives contributing to the culture and demonstrate leadership through positive recognition- Collaborate with the merchandising team to successfully assist with product launches and optimise cross selling- Identify talent and the potential to provide further training to enhance business needs
Regional/International experience is a must, and you'll need to have:
- At least last 5 years in a Regional/Managerial role, coaching the sales teams of various stores.- Working experience in world renowned luxury brands in - Bags, Wallets, Sunglasses, shoes, watches, jewellery and accessories.- Excellent communication skills - Arabic is a plus.- Extraordinary interest in Fashion - up to date on latest trends in the industry.- Professional Qualification/Certification in Training
