A leading Dubai-based DMC / Corporate MICE Agency is seeking experienced Event Managers, Event Executives & Business Development Managers for its MICE inbound and outbound divisions.
Job scope will include but not limited to:
Event Managers:
- Will be required to assist the MICE Director in managing the MICE team.
- Expanding lines of business and diversifying into other potential areas of opportunity
- Promoting the company services
- Maintaining clients’ relationships
- Preparing regular management reports on the projects status
- Conceptualizing, devising and delivering detailed proposals and contracts taking full ownership for the projects assigned
- Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements
- In-charge of the events production in terms of AV and design production
- Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
- Developing MICE and Incentive programs
- Delivering events on time, within budget as per the company standards
- Setting, communicating and maintaining
timelines and priorities on every project
Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Managing supplier relationships
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to junior team
- Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
- The successful candidate should have proven MICE experience
- Ensuring smooth handling of all types of requests whether from the corporate sector or international agencies
- Conducting face to face meetings with clients and suppliers
- Candidates will be required to travel occasionally .
Event Executives:
- Preparing detailed proposals and contracts taking full ownership for the projects assigned

- Will assist in the projects production in terms of AV & design

- Managing onsite inspections whether locally or internationally.
- Candidates will be required to travel occasionally.
Business Development Managers:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Expanding lines of business and diversifying into other potential areas of opportunity
- Promoting the company services and concepts
- Maintaining the current organization relationships with the clients
- Expanding the company clients’ portfolio
- Working with the event management team to identify new opportunities to deliver innovative event management services
- Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients
- Attend trade and public events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Develops strategies to meet annual sales goals
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales revenue
This position will involve travelling. It will compromise 40% of the time or up to the business needs
