We are now recruiting for a Mobile Banking- Assistant Manager
The key responsibilities of MCM unit are:
• The Multichannel CRM unit MCM responsible for developing and managing all direct digital channels and related frontend platforms across all retail banking distribution channels ensuring convenient access high availability and consistency of information amongst them These channels include Online Mobile SMS ATMSCDMS Call Centre Inbound IVR and e-Statements on top of CRM which is widely used by branches and DSF as well as by a number of internal bank users in Tanfeeth and central units
• Using different technologies and systems MCM unit provides extended service to retail banking customers prolonging the banks working hours to a virtual 247 whole year round generating more than 50 million transactions and AED 120 billion of dirhams evidencing a double digit growth YOY on top of which CRM adds another 35M transactions yearly
• MCM also unit supports the Operational CRM related managing and developing the platform generating an extra 45M transactions yearly alongside with all the execution of multichannel campaigns through a dedicated e-business team
• In addition MCM is also responsible for generating fee income through electronic payments and sales generated through direct channels actively contributing to the overall retail banking business
• Under GM RB guidance MCM plays a strategic and instrumental role as part of Retail Banking Leadership Team positively impacting operational efficiency and transactional costs by changing customer behavior towards electronic channels creating cross sell opportunities and converting them into sales and revenues while maintaining all channels fully operational and available for customers
• Inherently MCM is expected to drive and deliver innovation bridging channels products segments exploring advances in technology contributing strengthen company’s value proposition and leadership in the market
Brief Description:
• Responsible for the design and development of project requirements for mobile banking projects in sync with best practices and latest innovative solutions all around the world
• Responsible for the design and development of projects for different mobile operating systems including iOS Android Blackberry OS Linux Based OS Windows 8 above and mobile web in sync with best practices and latest innovative solutions all around the world
• Responsible for the design and development of project requirements for SMS services and notifications projects in sync with best practices and latest innovative solutions all around the world
• Responsible for creating Direct Banking Services through mobile applications
• Responsible for doing business analyses and understanding the requirements to convert into IT analysis within the different project management methodologies Waterfall Agile Scrum approaches
• Collaborate with IT developers legal business stakeholders to drive the solution through to delivery
• Ensure projects are deployed with the highest quality within the given time and budget based on expectations set
• To continuously seek for new ways to attract customers innovative services and process improvements
• Initiate coordinate with the group involved in the process to ensure that the processes are being executed and attain the business process objectives
• Preparing the test scripts and UATs requirements for the mobile projects Complete UAT and get it signed off
• Keep projects under continuous review to identify gaps and risks and develop appropriate contingency plans
• Liaise with IT external vendor if any testing resources and service level agreements
• Provide product documentation and training to call center and branches and serve as the subject matter expert concerning the designated product and or product line
• Take an active role along with the mobile banking manager and team in developing marketing campaign
Detailed Description:
• Initiatives and projects
• Design and structure wireframes for the new mobile banking SMS Banking Mobile Financial Services projects
• Prepare business cases and secure approvals required documents and manage the overall implementation of mobile banking and mobile financial services projects
• Communicate with internal units about new projects specs and implications in terms of accounting problem resolution customer queries processes channel availability
• Active involvement in project launch post development completion
• Ensuring the Quality of the project meeting the scope and the requirements on time and on budget
Financial Contribution
• Track results of implemented projects in terms of service and sales contribution
• Number of registered and active users
• Increase online customer usage and generate revenue through higher transaction volumes such as payments
• High customer satisfaction customer ratings on the app stores and internal surveys
• Strive to migrate transactions from higher cost channels to online generating efficiency gains
