Duties:
• Ordering and stock control of stationery & any other supplies’ procurement such as kitchen supplies, newspapers etc.
• Communication with telecommunication company - DU - for any issue related to mobile lines for new and existing staff.
• Correspondence with Bank's contractors & suppliers.
• Arrangement of car parks for the staff.
• Maintain basic administration procedures, including general filling duties and preparation of files, contracts and leases.
• Responding to a number of internal and external queries and problems related to the department.
• Hard copy filing for both Administration and Client Services departments.
• Execution of payments & delivery of cheques to third parties.
• Interaction with premises facilities management.
• Coordination with IT for all the preparations needed for new staff and all the day to day needs as per staff requests and incidents.
• Managing and maintaining the IT and Fixes Assets inventory.
• Handling the mailing (courier & Post Office).
• PRO duties:
o Administration arrangement for visa for visitors, trainees.
o Administration arrangement for new employees (work permits)
