We have an immediate requirement for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to accommodate our fast-paced, office administration and public relations team.
The role will involve interaction with clients on a daily basis, so confidence and being a people-person is key.
The overall focus of the position is to adhere to the needs of our clients and sustain client satisfaction as well as ensuring our clients dependent visa and insurance needs are met, nurturing close relationships with business partners and immigration staff that we have built on over the past few years.
Close attention to detail along with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and flourish in a fast-paced environment is a necessity to being a member of our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client chaperone during medical examinations and EID processing required for client visa applications
- Processing of dependent visa applications via Immigration
- Filing and maintenance of client documents and sending timely reminders on upcoming expiry dates
- Answering the phone and emails in a professional manner
- Assist with organisation of health insurance for our clients via Insurance Brokers we have close relationships with
- Other duties as needed to ensure smooth operation & client satisfaction
