• Supervising and delegating tasks to members of Medical / life department,
• Encourage, motivate, train and develop a team to ensure high level of service is offered,
• Handling key and major client accounts, ensuring a high level of delivery and service,
• Negotiating rates, policy conditions and terms with the Insurance Companies to meet client’s requirements,
• Detailed knowledge of varied insurance plans, claim processing and reimbursement methodologies,
• Attending meetings with clients to resolve any queries to finalize and secure the business,
• Preparing comparative analysis, reports to enable clients to make an informed decision in choosing the right insurer,
• Assisting in preparing tender documents, renewal terms and solving queries put forth by the client,
• Creating long-term “relationships” and partnerships with all our clients.
