Job Description:
- Provide our sales staff with detailed and accurate coordination of light fixtures and crystal chandeliers packages. Additionally, the Lighting Project Coordinator will develop suppliers and vendors database, maintain and maximize profitability and follow our core values and commitment to excellence.
- Receive enquiries, tenders, and quotation requests in all different forms such as bill of quantity, electrical drawings, or specification sheets and work on finding the best suitable lighting solution for each need.
- Evaluate and asses each enquiry, with coordination with your superior and sales staff based on importance, project level, project stage, and potential chances
- Prepare lighting simulation and calculation using lighting design software.
- Design and supervise the execution if projects sample boards and keep a record of each.
- Prepare a full comprehensive offer matching with project needs and specification
- Prepare all supporting documents of lighting submittal, comparison, compliance, warranty, origin sheets whenever needed.
- Create a quotation registers for easy reference and follow up
- Communicate with lighting suppliers to obtain the best matching offer in terms of price and compatibility
