Senior Sales Executive - IT infrastructure and services with three main areas of pre-sales, sales and post-sale support of IT infrastructure and services .The role requires significant interaction with clients, which may be face-to-face or over the telephone.
Responsibilities
- Primary focus being lead generation for new client by cold calling, referrals or emails Focus on turn key projects including complete IT infrastructure including structured cabling, IP / Analog Telephony, CCTV, Access Control system, Wireless, Servers along with managed services and AMC contracts
- Conduct site visit, create BOQ and costing sheets based on the requirement
- account management for existing set of clients generating new sales opportunities
- Design solutions as per client requirement and suggest the best approach on case to cases basis
- Pipelines to be shared every week along withe management meetings
- Secondary responsibilities would be to ensure the projects is delivered as per client satisfaction and payments have been received
