- The candidate should be familiar with establishing a start-up telecom wholesale business, upgrade, or migrate the legacy routes into all IP networks. (Previous achievements’ references are required)
- Designing an organizational structure for the carrier business (wholesale, messaging & roaming)
- Propose processes & procedures for the wholesale division based on industry best
- practices proposing a draft interconnect agreement between In-countries operators & the employer company.
- Introducing the company with international carriers for inbound termination for a prospective interconnect agreement.
- Developing the requirement specifications for BSS/OSS systems.
- Assessing the clients working practices and provide recommendation
- Propose mode of transmission & interconnect
- Propose an organization structure for the voice wholesale business
- Assist in staff training
