Dot.Cy, one of the leading providers of CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the Middle East and the Gulf, is looking for a senior business analyst to join our Dubai team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Engage in CRM project implementations in the role of Business Consultant/Analyst
2. Drive business analysis and requirements specifications sessions based on industry's best practices
3. Prepare agendas for business analysis sessions
4. Follow structured business analysis methodologies to extract business requirements
5. Document business analysis requirements, business process flows, business rules and other analysis sessions artefacts using standardized templates
6. Model business solutions using Dynamics CRM and participate in the preparation of design documentation and system prototype delivery
7. Provide directions to the development team in the delivery of business requirements
8. Engage in presenting analysis and design deliverables to clients’ senior management and work towards obtaining sign-offs
9. Engage in the preparation of training plans and testing plans for CRM projects
10. Engage in the delivery of training sessions to business users
