1) Shipment Planning
•Responsible for end to end coordination from receiving purchase orders till delivery of goods to the respective territories, in order to ensure smooth and timely flow of goods.
•Redistribution of buffer stocks in line with the business requirements, in order to ensure smooth and timely flow of goods.
2) Document & Clearance Management
•Monitor, identify and resolve SCP/RMS issues, in order to ensure data accuracy.
• Work towards reducing lead times by clearance of shipment, in order to avoid delays and financial implications.
3) System Management
•Payment released to suppliers against the value of goods received to be cross checked in the system, in order to ensure there are no discrepancies in the payment.
•Monitor & Report Delays, Bottle necks, etc with proactive approach.
