We arrange shisha bars and tea lounges in five star hotels. We need a business development manager to grow our UAE market.
As a BDM, you are expected with the following responsibilities:
1. Establishment and development of partnership relations with company's customers
2. Business development by means of installation of new sales points
3. Performance to monthly, quarterly, annual sales plans in accordance with strategic goals of the company
4. Creation and control of contracts with key clients of the company, contract management
5. Monitoring of operating activity in the salespoints.
6. Control and participation in marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales of company's products.
7. Control of on-time arrival of funds to the account of the company and discharge of duties.
8. Search for new suppliers of materials and components.
9. Control of operational efficiency of staff.
10. Recruitment.
11. Input-output analysis, form conclusions and recommendations as of the end of the financial period.
12. Participation in developing business and marketing plans.
