The job holder will be responsible for creating a portfolio of business accounts and for establishing the concept as a major player in the field of business sales.

Sales and Commercial Performance
- Participate in preparation of sales budgets
- Deliver sales plans by utilizing sales techniques, responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports etc.
- Achieve the revenue targets and profitability targets of Business Sales Department while adhering to Home Centre procedures and guidelines
- Understand the customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs
- Accurately forecast quarterly, monthly and annual revenue streams
- Ensure maximum optimization of Home Centre product portfolio
- Deliver aspirational use of products through strong visual & design statements
Business Management and Development
- Identify internal & external opportunities for sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the market.
- Effective commercial application of styling trends and direction
- Conduct periodic competition review to ensure Home Centre remains ahead of the curve in the market
- Design sales presentations for marketing and promoting the product portfolio during various industry events
- Participate in finalization and implementation of new initiatives to enhance Business Sales
- Liaise with clients to ensure Home Centre is their preferred supplier by providing excellent customer service

Customer Focus
- Identify target segment, create interest in the product portfolio and generate new business leads by networking and following up
- Understand furniture styling concepts with a practical application to achieve successful results
- Plan and coordinate with MCD, Warehouse, Design and Finance to ensure best in class customer service
- Build new customer relations whilst strengthening business with the existing ones
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure timely completion of project in line with the signed customer agreement
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed while raising quotations, invoicing, delivery of items and payment collections.
- Ensure customer issues / complaints are addressed and resolved in timely manner
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to design awareness and promotion campaigns targeting specific market segments / clients

Inventory Management and Stock Distribution
- Ensure effective stock management for Business Sales (order management, stock availability, stock movement, returns)
- Provide monthly feedback to Concept on business sales, stock positions and product feedback
- Follow-up on credit orders, credit O/S and payments
- Sign and agree on credit limits, discount and other term with customers in line with agreed internal policies
