• Determining of the operations in the shift which had been assigned.
• Product and premises security during assigned shift
• Liaise with warehouse supervisor and staffs and understanding the existing processes and eliminating non value adding activities
• Re investigation of loading and picking errors, out of stocks etc.,
• Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensuring that orders are picked and ready for delivery on a timely basis and to run a smooth operations.
• Assigning work to night shifts staffs.
• Issues or conflicts if any can be resolved.
• To manage productivity on daily basis and heady up a shift of workers scheduled during a particular day.
• Continues monitoring of employee productivity and department throughputs
• Proper resource allocation for the warehouse operation activities.
• Managing Trouble/Damage items and QC related activities.
• Keep in regular contact for extra picking if any with other departments/Stores.
