To ensure correct and timely preparation of pick list, delivery notes and invoices. To action all local and export invoices, and to delivery notes and invoice posting actioned in a timely manner.
Prepares pick lists, delivery notes and Invoices for local and export territories for the Interactive division.
Post sales returns, delivery notes and invoices for Interactive/Red play divisions.
Accurately files all documents related to Invoice/delivery notes, ensuring that documents can be easily retrieved.
Provide reports related to un-posted Invoices as required.
Arrange delivery appointments for Dubai duty free orders.
Assist as required during stock takes for both Interactive and Red Play Divisions.
Liaises with Interactive sales dept. for queries related to PO management
Produce month end sales reports for Operations Planning Manager.
Analyze stock allocation reports and liaise with logistics coordinators regarding any queries.
Implement and ensure compliance to all Red supply chain polices and procedures on a day to day basis and actively manage any compliance issues.
Continuously review invoicing processes to identify if there is a better more efficient way of doing things.
Build strong relationships with all departments and ensure that there is continuous effective communication, specifically with supply chain and sales employees.
