We're running an Online Hiring Event this Saturday to hire SVPs of Sales ($400K/yr).
Online Hiring Events are live forums designed to enable you to understand the role and requirements through an interactive Q&A session followed by a self-directed testing process. The testing takes between 3-5 hours to complete. It’s worth taking the time to finish all the tests because we evaluate every single complete application to find the top talent.
This event will include all testing required to apply for the role. Upon grading the tests, and if you advance, we will set up an interview with the hiring manager.
The SVP of Sales will be managing a high performing and continuously improving sales enterprise software and solutions team, with a minimum annual contract value of $1M USD deals. The SVP will use her/his strong hunter pedigree to bring new logos to our customer base overcoming the competition and creating strong customer relationships.
The SVP of Sales provides leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organization's sales function. As the organization’s senior-most sales leader, the SVP Sales is accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy. The SVP Sales reports to the COO.
The SVP of sales will have a proven ability to manage a variety of activities end-to-end, including net new sales, renewals and do constant listening in on calls and give daily coaching to her/his team. The SVP will work collaboratively with the Leadership board to attain weekly KPI’s leading to set aggressive goals in quotas and driving team performance towards them.
