Quest Search & Selection is working with a multinational ingredients company seeking a Pricing Lead (flavors and ingredients experience is a must) to work in their office in Dubai, U.A.E.
Job description
As the Pricing Lead your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving and translating various pricing strategies across the region.
- Identifying, aligning and monitoring KPI's
- Liaising closely with the procurement team to understand opportunities and threats
- Managing the overall pricing activity
- Mentoring, training and managing staff
Qualifications- Any relevant educational degree
- 4+ years of combined experience in BTB pricing, finance or similar; additional experience in sales, technical or related functions, ideally in the F&F industry is a plus
- Ability to deal with complex IT systems
- SAP and SAP-BI experience (SD, CO, FI)
- Excellent market knowledge
