· Responsible for profitability of the projects.

· Responsible for rising of requisition for the material of various projects.

· Responsible for payment certificate collection from the main contractor.

· Responsible for monthly site measurement, billing and keeping material update records at the site.

· Responsible for inspection request for approval from the consultants.

· Responsible for daily allocation of laborers to various sites as per the site requirement.

· Inspection request/checklist for approval from the consultants/Main Contractor.

· Execution of works as per the main contractor’s construction program.

· Time card filling of laborers.

· Quality (Visual Inspection) & Quantity verification to ensure the received goods are as per the SMR.

· Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Quality assurance with adherence to the ISO Procedures.

· Enforces safety and operational policies and procedures

· Responsible to allocate resources for HSE training.
