A leading public joint stock company in Dubai is looking for a Retail Manager to join their team
Description
The candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Reviewing and approving the details of the retail budget and plan
- Will direct manage the retail leasing consultant on day to day basis along with managing the retail department with KPIs
- To collect data by conducting market analysis and be aware of current market trends
- Manage and comprehend the lease contracts to suit the details of the leased units
- Will be responsible for leasing Mall and scattered retail units in line with the monthly budget
- Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports
Profile
Looking for a candidate that has 2-3 years working experience
Experienced in Real Estate sales and retail
Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
Should have knowledge of the DLD and RERA rules and Ejari Procedures
Understanding of the ERP system
