Responsible for management and leadership of the publications business for a leading UAE business
P&L responsibility along with management of operations & commercial and support activity of the business.

Description
Commercial responsibilities:
- Implement business development strategies.
- Provide leadership and management of the workforce.
- Responsible for the development and implementatation of execution of commercial strategies
- Manage developing of all supporting commercial businesses.
P&L and performance responsibilities:
- Maximise efficiency and enhance financial performance.
- Consistent follow up, monitoring of KPI's and reporting
HR and Administration responsibilities:
- Ensure all policies and procedure are implemented and aligned with all supporting commercial businesses.
Profile
- Should have experience in commercial and business operations.
- Should have experience in managing teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Should have experience managing P&L and budgets.
- Experience in software, media or digital industries.
- Should have at least 15 years experience
