Job Description
To provide administrative and organisational support to Asset Management Department Public Equities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative correspondence, memoranda, minutes, reports, invoices, etc.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records.
- Responsible for management of calendars, coordinating travel schedules and events arrangements.
- Manage telephone calls; daily oversight and management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Serve as a liaison between key management personnel.
- Provide Analytical support regarding a variety of highly sensitive and complex issues.
- Research background material to find needed information, using such sources as the internet.
- Manage the office which may include handling a broad range of complex issues needing considerable judgment
- Understand and assist with the flow of confidential information.
- Travel planning for the Management Team.
