Responsible to develop project quality plan and ITP for MEP services
Conduct regular site quality inspections and update the logs
Review and prepare NCR reports and take corrective actions within a stipulated time
Conduct internal audits and process performance reviews
Develop an audit plan and conduct regular audits based on defined criteria
Conduct regular site review meetings on QA/QC requirements and take actions on consultants comments
Conduct regular incoming inspections of materials against approved submittal
Certify mock-up against approved coordination drawings and ensure compliance all times
Develop method statements and inspection plan to ensure the work execution is as per the defined requirements
Conduct site inspections and report observations on a weekly basis
Take actions on deviations on material and drawings with pre-review of consultant comments
Conduct quality induction training against approved method statements
Prepare testing and commissioning method statements and handover plans
Review snags and close the comments of consultants
