As an Outbound Call Centre Representative, you will provide call center support as the first point of contact for our customers. You should have good knowledge of Bounce products and services, Responding swiftly to the needs of our customers, you will provide responses to customer feedback, take bookings over the phone, track customer payments and refunds, ensure accurate invoicing and follow-up and report on safety and injury management. Your exceptional influencing and relationship management skills will be vital to ensure that our customers feel special and leave every interaction with that ‘wow’ feeling.

· Previous outbound call centre experience is a must. You need to love talking on the phone and brightening the lives of everyone you come into contact with.

· Strong communication skills

· Good knowledge of MS Office
