The role of the Senior Associate Volunteer Attraction is to support the function with key projects & initiatives, acting as a project administrator and support, and contribute to the goals and vision of Expo2020.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Providing administrative support to team members within the Volunteers Function, following up on activities and communicating as appropriate;
- Assisting with relevant departmental research, benchmarking and other initiatives as required;
- Liaising with partners, attending meetings and helping with activation plans and strategy;
- Liaising with other Expo 2020 Dubai functions and departments to support and implement initiatives as required;
- Acting as an ambassador of Expo 2020 at various internal and external events, forums, exhibitions and activities;
- Supporting on activities that enable the department to achieve its goals and objectives, including databases, excel records etc;
- Actively participate in workshops and meetings with consultants, and other stakeholders;
- Provide inputs and suggest improvements to the departmental processes and initiatives.
