The purpose of the Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable is to assist the Finance department in managing the revenue from ticketing operation within standard polices and process requirements. The Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable shall work with any personnel to assure timely and accurate invoicing, collection and reporting at all times, interacting with operational and commercial managers.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- To assist in the development of Finance relevant Ticketing processes and procedures such as Ticketing system, Payment Gateway, Bank Settlement reconciliation process, Invoicing process, Collection process, Daily Sales and Cash Reconciliation process of all Ticket Sales Stations, complimentary tickets monitoring and reconciliation process for all end users, Banking requirements process and procedures for all ticket sales channels, and Credit Limit management;
- To assist in defining Ticketing Report formats and templates;
- Oversee the daily sales ticketing cycle/process flow, from ticketing system up to posting to the ERP system;
- Oversee and manage the invoicing of B2B and B2B2C resellers;
- Monitoring of all collection from B2C, B2B, and B2B2C payments and settlements;
- Oversee the reconciliation of sales and payments and settlement of B2C, B2B and B2B2C;
- Monitoring and management of Reseller accounts (Ticketing System and ERP) including management of Credit Limits;
- Oversee and manage the refunds, chargebacks and other relevant disputed transactions for all sales types and channels.
