- Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will be
- Responsible for the recruitment by creating and maintaining a candidate data base
- Scheduling interviews and generating offer letters
- Support the roll out process and for maintaining staff data
- Responsible for supporting all staff requests related to letters salary, letters service letters visa letters NOC letters etc. in order to ensure that employee requests are met on a timely basis and following up on the resolution for complaints issues that are raised by employees
- Assist the recruitment process by undertaking preliminary screening of CVs as per JDs
- Assist in Develop job descriptions by understanding the various requirements from the respective division department managers
- Assisting in Update organization structure as and when required
- Design recruitment advertisements
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the agreed timelines
- Interview candidates and provide feedback to HR Manager Supervisor and Line Manager
- Ensure all recruitment policies procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
- Any other duties assigned
