Quest Search and Selection is urgently looking for passionate Key Account Managers to join a leading Premium Fashion and Home Accessories producing and retailing company.
Being responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company, you will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit
- Looking after local e-commerce pure players, supported by Global Team
- Leading seasonal collection presentation and new stores opening
- Defining short-term and long-term budgets, setting corresponding target
Skills and Experience:- Significant Key Account Manager / B2C experience in Fashion Retail or FMCG industries
- E-commerce professional background
- Outstanding communication, presentation, analytic and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
- English and Arabic languages are must
- Ability to travel across GCC, Middle East and Asia
