Description
This hire will be responsible fore reviewing all standard documentation in relation to funds and will then provide an independant review of them. As sole in-house counsel you will have a high responsibility position and will be expected to act with autonomy and should therefore be a pro-active individual.
Profile
- Global experience
- Background in private practice with leading international / US firms
- Good experience of and knowledge of investment funds / asset management matters
- Able to work to demanding deadlines
