POSITION: Bartender
SALARY: 8,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to Latin American, South African, Eastern European and Australian nationalities
Male/Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or relevant certification
Minimum 2 years of proven working experience as Bartender in Hospitality sector
Relevant training certificate is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
