Title: Creative Services Manager - 25K AED

Are you a Dubai based Creative Services Manager who has the relevant agency experience to be able to manage our growing global team of designers and creatives.
Fundamentally, you must understand the creative/design process, how to deal with resourcing and have an in-depth understanding of a studio environment (working remotely as well as in-house).
You understand creative talent – how to schedule their time by the hour and by the day and help select the correct resource for the right job. You know how communicate with these individuals (ascertaining strengths and weaknesses) and get the best work out of them.
You are comfortable working directly face to face as well as remotely with resources sometimes located internationally You also know how to spot great talent and how to cultivate and maintain an array of independent global talent.
This role would be great for you if;
• you’ve got experience of a busy studio environment and working with multi-disciplined creatives and designers.
• you understand how to schedule time for creative and design resources and how to tightly manage pressing deadlines.
• you can articulate yourself clearly and interpret the needs of other key project team members, creatives and designers.
• you can quickly match a creative or design brief with an appropriate resource – an ability to think quickly and understand time schedules rapidly.
• know what you’re buying and happy to negotiate the best deal.
• you’re comfortable conveying work instructions both locally in a face to face environment as well as remotely via video or phone.
• you’ve got an eye for great design talent and a nose for how to unearth global talent.
• you can build a top talent pool of global independent resource and enjoy the thrill of discovering and promoting great new talent to internal teams.
• you’re a time sheet obsessive and understand the importance of time management and time accountability.
• you’re on top of current design trends and culture and have a genuine interest in the industry.
