POSITION: Demi Chef De Partie
SALARY: 5,400 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to Asian nationality
Male/Female, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Hotel Management Graduate or Culinary Degree
Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as DCDP within hospitality sector, ideally in a fine dining operation
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
Relevant NVQ or equivalent qualifications, including Basic Food Hygiene
Ability to meet hygiene standards
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To ensure minimum kitchen wastage
To ensure knowledge of the product is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel
To be responsible for completing your mis en place
To comply with all Goodwood policies and procedures to ensure that all statutory regulations are observed.
To liaise with the Head Chef/Sous Chef and implement new menu/dishes/systems where applicable
To ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to, such as food hygiene policies
To be flexible and willing to help the restaurant kitchen at busy times if required
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and high standards of presentation, creative flair and imagination
Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
