Manage franchisee outlets food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest quality standards
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Lead the promotions, customer service initiatives and managing 3rd party suppliers and providers for the various locations
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards for all locations
Contribute to the regular improvement of menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements in support of the franchisor
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns in person, phone and social media environments
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
Comply with all health and safety regulations of the respective markets
