Job Purpose
The Head of Arabic Language Content is responsible for the design, development and delivery of all Arabic based language content (Arabic, Islamic Studies, UAE Social Studies). This role leads the implementation of the Arabic language program guidelines, and develops, manages, monitors and delivers timely, scalable, engaging, high-quality course content that enables quantifiable student learning aligned with Ministry of Education criteria.
Job Specific Responsibilities
• Develops, maintains and enforces specific content guidelines, specifications, processes and quality standards to ensure timely, high quality delivery of educational content.
• Builds and manages teams of editors and subject matter experts to create, revise, and support production of educational content.
• Supports continued improvement and use of technologies and processes that contribute to scalable and timely design and development of digital educational content.
• Contributes to the development and improvement of successful online instructional design strategies.
• Reviews and edits produced materials, collaboratively proposing revisions and learning strategies to achieve targeted learning results.
• Leads the teams’ establishment and delivery of quality assurance standards, accessibility standards and content writing policies
