POSITION: Hostess or Reservationist
SALARY: 6,050 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to European, Latin American, South African and Arabic candidates
Female, 40 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 2 years work experience as Hostess or Reservationist preferably in hospitality industry
Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, open disposition
Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
Able to work in a busy restaurant environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door
Provide patrons with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
Dealing with guests over the telephone
Taking and inputting reservations
Upselling, or offering more products to the customer

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player and customer service skills
Positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
